Terms of sale
The services offered are individual coaching sessions delivered remotely by video call, as well as group sessions on request and training on quote.
Prices on the site are in euros, VAT included. Single sessions: full payment is due before the session. Packs: payment possible in two instalments for a 10-session pack, in three instalments for a 20-session pack. The staged payment of a pack is the payment of a pack that has been purchased — not a subscription that can be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation and rescheduling — single session: up to 48 hours before the session, rescheduling or refund is possible; less than 48 hours before, the session is due and non-refundable. Pack: a session cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before is not lost and can be rebooked; less than 48 hours before, it is counted as used.
Conversation Coaching packs: to support regular progress, packs are designed around one session per week. A validity margin is provided for holidays and the unexpected: the 10-session pack (about 10 weeks) is valid for a maximum of 3 months, the 20-session pack (about 20 weeks) for a maximum of 6 months.
Professional training: it is separate from coaching sessions. Every training action is covered by a separate quote and contract or agreement, which set out the applicable payment, cancellation, attendance and withdrawal terms. From the third unjustified absence, the training may be considered abandoned by the participant, under the terms of the contract.
Some training courses may be offered with CPF funding through my partner training organisation. Coaching services are not eligible for CPF.
Personal data
The information sent through the site’s forms (name, email address, universe or session, message, availability) is used only to answer your request and organise the appointment.
It is neither sold, nor transferred, nor used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Legal basis: your consent, given when the form is sent. Retention: three years from the last contact.
Payment for sessions takes place outside the site (link or bank transfer sent by e-mail): this site neither collects nor stores any card data.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object. You can exercise it through the contact form or by post at the address above.
The content of sessions is confidential and is not shared with any third party.
